What We Do

Our goal is to help you deal with foreclosure. One way or another, we want to minimize the negative impacts that foreclosure can have on your life. Where we can, we’ll help you find a way to catch up on payments and keep your house.

When that isn’t a possibility, we can still help you explore financial options that minimize your debt and damage to your credit score. Plenty of times, people come out of foreclosure in better financial condition than before the process started. It’s all about knowing your options, and our primary goal is to empower you with knowledge of those options so you can do what is right for you.

Why We Do It

We started off as property investors. Through that work, we came across people struggling with foreclosure, and we saw that there was a shortage of help for anyone going through this struggle. Working in property, we learned tons of tricks to work with lenders and finances to stop foreclosure in its tracks. We want to use that knowledge to help you and anyone else who might need it. It has become a passion, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

About the Founder

Paul Baird grew up in San Diego. When it was time for college, he moved to Utah to attend Brigham Young University. That’s where he learned about real estate and found his passion. After graduation, he became a real estate investor. Years into that career, his passion for real estate matured into a passion for helping people with their homes. Today, Paul is focused on helping people throughout the US prevent foreclosure of their homes.
